敦煌汉简中的医药简探讨

摘　　要：以敦煌汉简图版为底本,参考《敦煌汉简》释文,对其中的20枚医药简进行解读,发现西汉末期中医学已经有了比较完备的理法方药体系,在外感伤寒病的辨证施治方面达到了一定水平,并且在汉简中首次出现了"黄帝"和"针"的名词。By taking bamboo slips of Han dynasty from Dunhuang as the original texts, and consulting the interpretations of Dunhuang bamboo slips in Han dynasty, 20 medical slips were interpreted and discovered： There is a complete TCM system for principle-method-prescription-medicine by the end of western Han dynasty, and it has been reached to a certain level in syndrome differentiation and treatment for exogenous febrile disease, ＂Huangdi＂ and ＂needle＂ were appeared in bamboo slips of Han dynasty for the first time.
