参麦联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗冠心病心力衰竭临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察参麦注射液联合环磷腺苷葡胺注射液治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将冠心病心力衰竭患者108例随机分为治疗组和对照组各54例,2组给予常规综合治疗,治疗组同时加用参麦注射液50 m L静脉滴注,1次/d,环磷腺苷葡胺注射液120 mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 m L静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程均为14天。结果:总有效率治疗组为90.7%,与对照组的79.6%相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,治疗组治疗后患者心功能好转,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:参麦联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗冠心病心力衰竭可提高治愈好转率。Objective： To observe therapeutic effects of Shen Mai injection combined with meglumine adenosine cyclphosphate injection in the treatment for the patients suffering from coronary heart disease（CHD） complicated with heart failure. Methods： All 108 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. Both groups received comprehensive therapy, the treatment group accepted intravenous dripping of Shen Mai injection,50 m L, once per day, meglumine adenosine cyclphosphate injection, 120 mg, and 5% dextrose injection, 250 m L, once each day, one course of the treatment was 14 days. Results： Total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.7%,higher than 79.6% of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, NYHA heart function classification of the treatment group was improved, the difference had statistical meaning（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Shen Mai injection combined with meglumine adenosine cyclphosphate injection could improve cure improvement rate in the treatment for CHD complicated with heart failure.
