聚氨酯细纱胶辊的纺纱实践

摘　　要：为了进一步研究国产聚氨酯胶辊的使用情况,针对聚氨酯胶辊纺纱中存在的问题,分析了其特点、制作工艺及表面处理方法,并与丁腈胶辊进行了纺纱对比。指出:通过制造厂配方和工艺的不断改进,加之纺纱厂制作与表面处理方法不断创新,国产聚氨酯胶辊充分发挥了优良的弹性、耐磨性、耐油性、吸振性和抗日光、抗臭氧侵蚀的特点,解决了聚氨酯胶辊抗绕性差、易缠绕的问题;大量试验对比表明,聚氨酯胶辊对成纱质量提高明显,性价比高,应用前景广阔,有利于纺纱厂提高质量,降低成本。In order to do further probing into the situation of domestic polyurethane top rollers,aiming at the existing problems with the spinning polyurethane top rollers,analysis is done to its characteristics,production technology and surface treatment method,and the NB spinning cots.It is pointed out that through the continuous improvement of formula and process in the factory plus the innovation of manufacturing and surface treatment process,the domestic polyurethane top roller give full play to the characteristics including good elasticity,abrasion resistance,oil resistance,vibration and light resistance,and ozone resisting,solving the problems with the top roller such as easy lapping.A large amount of experimental comparison proves that polyurethane rubber top roller on yarn quality is improved obviously,the performance-to-price ratio is high,wide application prospect,thus conducive to improving the product quality for spinning factory with low cost.
