摘　　要：为了提高成纱质量,介绍了电子清纱器的主要功能,并对其在纺制CJ 5.8tex-com纱线过程中N/S类纱疵的监控结果进行分析和技术攻关。结果表明,严控温湿度标准,提高压缩空气质量,优化配棉成分,可以提高CJ 5.8tex-com成纱质量;利用UQC电子清纱器的监测结果可以指导生产并进行针对性技术攻关,保证车间生活好做,纱线质量得到提升。In order to improve the quality of yarn,this paper introduces the main function of electronic yarn clearer.The monitoring analysis and tech-breakthrough is made to the spinning yarn CJ 5.8tex-com with class N/S yarn faults.The results show that strict control of the humiture,quality improvement of the compressed air,and optimization of the cotton blending can improve yarn quality of CJ 5.8tex-com.The monitoring result of UQC can be used guiding the production and the targeted technical research,thus guaranteeing smooth production with new material with improved quality of yarn.
