摘 要:建立了顶空气相色谱-质谱法(HS—GC—MS)测定再生聚酯纤维醛酮类化合物的方法。称取0.5g样品,在150℃下平衡30min,顶空进样进行气相色谱-质谱分析。结果显示,仪器在0.4~20mg/kg线性范围内,丁醛、戊醛、正己醛、环己酮和苯甲醛线性方程相关系数均大于0.995;方法检出限为0.4mg/kg;平均回收率为88%~103%;相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于9.5%。该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于测定聚酯类纺织产品中的醛酮类化合物。The method for determination of carbonyl compounds in recycled polyester fibers by headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry is established. The 0.5g sample is injected into the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry ( GC - MS) for analysis after equilibrating at 150℃ for 30 min. The calibration curve of carbonyl compounds is linear in the range of 0.4 - 20mg/kg, and the correlation eoefficicntr is more than 0. 995. The average recovery of carbonyl compounds is in the range of 88% - 103% with relative standard deviations ( n =6) less than 9.5% in three levels respectively. The detection limit of the method is 0.4 mg/kg. The method is simple, convenient and accurate which is suitable for determining the residual carbonyl compounds in recycled polyester fibers.
