摘　　要：以染色的棉纤维、木浆纤维、山羊绒生条以及本色绢丝为原料,利用柔洁纺纱技术开发具有多功能的柔洁色纱。对原料的性能进行了分析,设计了纺纱方案和生产工艺流程,重点探讨了原料的预处理以及各工序的工艺设计及技术措施,通过正交试验优化柔洁纺纱工艺参数,成功纺制出18.3 tex 40/30/15/15棉/木浆纤维/羊绒/绢丝柔洁色纺针织纱,纱线毛羽和条干性能优异,可满足高档服装及家纺用品的织造要求。Taking dyed cotton fiber, wood fiber, cashmere sliver and natural color spun silk as raw material, and by means of smooth and clean spinning technology to develop smooth and clean colored yarn. In this article, materials properties are analyzed, the solutions and production processes of spinning are well designed with focus on the pre-treatment of raw materials and process design and technical measures adopted in various processes. Spinning technological parameters are optimized by orthogonal experiment. 40/30/15/15 18.3tex cotton/wood fiber/cashmere/silk smooth and clean colored spinning knitting yarn is successfully spun. Through testing, the yarn quality, hairiness and evenness property show excellent, meeting the high-end clothing and home textiles requirements.
