天然彩丝装饰绸的开发

摘　　要：利用天然彩丝的优质特性,选择黄色彩丝的熟丝或生丝与普通桑蚕丝线交织,通过搭配色彩、纹样图案、组织结构、交织密度、工艺处理等方面的设计,开发并试制了几款用于装帧和箱包的高品质装饰面料。结果认为:黄色天然彩丝与深色普通蚕丝交织开发装帧用面料,色彩亮丽、光泽舒适、手感柔滑,视觉效果和品质效果得以提升;小比例使用天然彩丝生丝开发箱包用面料,可发挥丝胶特性,提高面料硬挺度、色彩耐久性以及产品耐用性。Based on the high quality of natural colored silk, ellow boiled-off silk or raw silk are chosen to be woven with common mulberry silk and through well color matching, patterning and weave design, density and technology setting, several kinds of high quality fabrics are developed as decorative fabrics for binding and bags. The result shows that binding fabrics woven by natural yellow silk and common silk have bright color, comfortable luster, soft handle, enhanced visual effect and high entirely quality whilst fabrics made of less natural colored raw silk mixed with raw silk for bags have high stiffness, wearability and color fastness.
