摘　　要：铸铁烘缸的铸造缺陷在抄纸过程中会产生纸病,在符合修补条件时可以进行修补以提高纸张的抄造质量。通过对塞补进行应力分析,给出塞子过盈量与缺陷孔径最高倍数关系。列举了不同规范对于修补的规定,并提出铸铁烘缸缺陷修补应遵循的规则。The cast defects in cast iron dryer shell will cause paper defects in papermaking, plug repair was implemented in accordance with repairing conditions to improve the paper quality. Through the analysis on the stresses induced by plugging, the relation between the magnitude of interference and the hole diameter of defect was given, the regulation in different repairing standards was listed and compared, and various rules for the repair of dryer shell defects was put forward.
