摘　　要：结合美卓公司KajaaniRM3浓度分析仪在牡丹江恒丰纸业股份有限公司16#特种纸机上的应用实践,介绍了该仪器的结构与测量原理,采用该仪器对网下白水纤维浓度和碳酸钙浓度进行测量,并分析留着率在线间接测量的原理,介绍了网部留着率的自动控制方案,并对影响留着率的相关变量和控制关系进行了相应描述。The online indirect measurement principle of the retention by using Metso KajaaniRM3 wet end analyzer to measure the consisten- cies of the fiber and calcium carbonate in the white water under the wire was introduced. The structure and t principle of the in- strument, as well as the automatic control scheme of retention were also introduced based on its application in the PM16 special paper ma- chine of Mudanjiang Hengfeng Paper Corporation. Finally the relation between retention controlling and the factors affecting retention was dis- cussed.
