摘 要:合景木渎商业二号楼属于有高位转换层的钢筋混凝土框支剪力墙结构,其结构复杂,扭转不规则,楼层刚度突变。根据抗震规范的要求,采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,对主体结构进行了弹性时程分析和静力弹塑性分析,结果表明主体结构能够较好地满足抗震性能目标。对转换层楼板进行有限元分析,考察其在地震作用下的平面内受力情况,提出转换层及附近几层的抗震加强措施。本项目对高层转换结构的设计具有一定的参考与指导意义。The No.2 Building of Hejing in Mudu is a tall building with high-level transfer storey .This com-plex-structure has torsional irregularity and the change of inter-storey stiffness .According to ‘Code for seismic design of buildings ’ , elastic time-history analysis and elastic-plastic pushover analysis of the main structure were carried out , using the performance-based seismic design method .The results showed that the main struc-ture meets the seismic performance targets .By finite element analysis of the floor in the transfer storey , the force distribution under earthquake was studied and the seismic strengthening measures were suggested .Refer-ences and guidances to the design of structure with high-level transfer storey were provided in this project .
