摘 要:为研究内嵌CFRP筋与木材的粘结性能,本文共制作了8个试件,试验参数包括木材种类(旧花旗松和新花旗松)和粘结长度(80 mm、120 mm和160 mm)。试验获取了木材与CFRP筋粘结破坏的两种典型模式:CFRP筋与胶层粘结失效破坏、沿粘结面的周边木材失效破坏。胶层与CFRP筋的粘结滑移过程可分为微滑移段、滑移段、下降段和残余段。在试验基础上对改进BPE模型粘结滑移曲线进行了拟合,拟合曲线与试验曲线吻合较好,说明改进的BPE模型能较好地描述木槽中胶层与CFRP筋的局部粘结滑移曲线,具体的参数取值还需后续试验进行补充深化研究。Pull-out tests of eight specimens were conducted to study the bond behavior between near -surface mounted ( NSM) CFRP bar and wood .Wood type and bonded length were investigated as the test parameters . The former included two types of wood:old and new Douglas fir .The latter included three bond lengths:80 mm, 120 mm and 160 mm.Two typical failure modes were observed , including failure at the CFRP bar-adhe-sive interface and failure in wood near the glue-line.The slip process between CFRP bar and adhesive could be described by micro-slippage segment , slippage segment , descending segment and residual segment .The modified BPE model of local bond stress-slip with fitted parameters was shown a good agreement with test curves, but much further research is needed to determine the parameters in the model .
