摘 要:沉管隧道接头遭遇地震作用时,会发生压弯变形,而接头刚度最能表征其变形规律。目前,缺少沉管隧道接头力学性能试验数据,同时设计或计算分析采用的接头刚度模型没有充分的验证。根据接头构造设计特点,进行几何比尺为1∶10的大比尺管节接头压弯试验,研究接头在轴向压力为500 k N下的弯曲变形规律。试验结果表明,随着轴向压力的增加,接头轴向压缩刚度有明显的增加;随着弯矩的增大,接头转角呈非线性增长,与此同时接头张开量呈反对称变化;卸载后接头存在一定的轴向和弯曲残余变形。Compression and bending displacement will occur at the element joint of immersed tunnel under the effect of earthquake .And the stiffness of element joint can clearly represent its displacement .Nowadays the experimental data about the mechanical properties of element joint are limited and the stiffness models of ele -ment joints applied in design or analysis are not fully verified .Based on the structure and construction of ele-ment joints, a compression-bending experiment of element joint with geometric scale of 1:10 is carried on in this paper and the bending rules of element joint with axial force of 500 kN is conducted .The results indicate that the axial stiffness of element joint increases along with the applied axial force Also the rotation of element joint nonlinearly increases along with the applied moment .Further, the opening of element joint changes anti-symmetrically with the growth of applied moment .After unloading , residual deformation appears in axial and bending direction .
