应用方差分析提高台车退火炉硬度均匀性

摘　　要：石钢公司为了进一步调整产品结构，提升产品档次，新上一座台车式退火炉，但由于对退火工艺的不熟悉和炉型的限制，同批次钢材硬度差值能够达到40～60HB，也无法满足同时对硬度上限和下限都有要求的钢种（硬度范围在40HB以内）。通过引进多因子方差分析法，经过十余次小样试验，最终使同批次同钢种退火硬度差值控制在20HB左右，最好达到了11HB。In the new-built table annealing furnace, because of unfamiliar with the annealing process and the limi t of furnace type, the difference of hardness among the steelsin same batch would reach to 40 to 60 HB, and the annealing of the s pecial steel grade demanding simultaneously for upper and olwer limit can not be met.With variance analysis and through over ten times of sample test, at last the hardness differenceof same steel grades of same batch can be controlled within ab out 20 HB, the best 11 HB.
