摘　　要：目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声对心脾综合征的诊断价值。方法:本文分析3例心脾综合征的超声检测结果,并与病理、实验室等结果进行对照。结果:超声提示1例胎儿及1例4个月患儿均为无脾综合征,16岁女患者为多脾综合征,与其他检查结果相符。结论:彩色多普勒超声对心脾综合征的诊断具有一定的临床指导意义。Objective：To evaluate the color doppler sonography in diagnosis of cardiosplenic syndrome.Method：The ultrasonic testing results of 3 patients with cardiosplenic syndrome were analyzed,and compared with pathology,laboratory results.Result：The color doppler sonography results showed 1 case of fetus and 1 case of 4 months were asplenia syndrome,a 16 year old girl with polysplenia syndrome,results were consistent with the other examination. Conclusion：Color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of cardiosplenic syndrome has a certain clinical significance.
