摘　　要：设计研制了地铁车辆空气弹簧通用性能检测台,并对其进行了气密性试验和垂向静刚度试验。该检测台主要由机械系统、气路系统和测控系统组成。试验结果表明,该检测台可满足空气弹簧日常检修过程中的性能测试需要,为地铁车辆检修部门在车辆日常保养和维修过程中判断空气弹簧系统的性能状态提供了有效的检测手段。Auniversal performance test bench for metro ve- hicle air spring has been designed, manufactured, and pas- sed both the gas leakage test and the vertical static stiffness test. The test bench mainly consists of mechanical system, pneumatic system, measurement and control system. The experimental results show that the test bench has complete- ly met the needs of air spring performance test in the process of daily maintenance, in addition, it has also provid- ed an effective detection means for metro vehicle depart- ment to judge the performance of air spring system in the daily maintenance process.
