摘 要:应用Fenton-UASB-BAC对高浓度聚醚废水进行了试验研究。首先利用芬顿试剂对聚醚废水进行预处理,然后废水进入UASB(上流式厌氧污泥床反应器)进行厌氧处理。对UASB反应器启动阶段最佳的运行条件进行了探讨,并且考察了UASB反应器稳定阶段聚醚废水的CODCr去除率与污泥的形态。最后,利用BAC(生物活性炭)对废水进行深度处理。聚醚废水通过氧化预处理、UASB厌氧反应器和生物活性炭反应器的CODCr去除率分别为47%、65%和65%,最后的外排废水达到了江苏DB32/939-2006化工类废水的二级排放标准。High concentration of polyether wastewater was treated with Fenton-UASB-BAC.Firstly,high concentration of polyether wastewater was treated with Fenton reagent.Then,the water was treated with UASB for anaerobic treatment.The operation conditions during the start-up period of UASB were investigated,the ration of CODcr removal and the granules' shape during the stable operation period was observed.Lastly,polyether wastewater was deeply treated with biological active carbon.The ration of CODcr removal by Fenton reagent,UASB and biological active carbon reaches 47%,65%,65%,respectively,which can meet the second discharge standard of chemical wastewater in DB32/939-2006 of Jiangsu province.
