摘　　要：络筒机是织造准备中最重要的设备之一。为生产出高质量产品,要求络筒机能清除各种纱疵、纱线张力精密均匀、并能有效防止卷绕重叠,因此新型络筒机大多利用计算机技术、电子技术及信息技术来控制以上这些核心环节。先简单介绍络筒工艺及流程,以Autoconer 5自动络筒机为例子,分析其中的电子防叠技术、电子清纱技术及张力控制技术。The winders is one of the most important equipments for weaving preparation. For producing high quality pro-ducts,it is required to remove all kinds of yarn defects,get the precision and uniform yarn tension,and can effectively prevent winding overlap,so the most new type winders are combined with computer technology,electronic technology and information technology to control these core links. The winding technology and process are introduced in this paper. Autoconer 5 automatic winders is taken as an example to analyze the technologies of electronic ribbon breaker,electronic yarn cleaning and tension con-trol.
