摘　　要：电源产品周期短的特性造成了其设计变更迅速、实际生产变更频繁的特点。而在产品生产中的变更有发生品质事故的隐患或者造成停产或呆料。在此介绍了变更点的管理流程,分析生产中变更可能对品质及成本的影响,总结不同变更点的管理重点,提前预防变更后可能发生的品质事故,避免发生因变更导致的浪费,确保最终产品能满足客户的需求。The characteristics of power supply products with short life cycle lead to the quick change in design and fre-quent changes in actual production. The changes in the production process of power supply products will cause the occurrence of quality accidents,production stopping or idle stock,so the management process on the changes is introduced in this paper. The influence of product process changes on product quality and cost is analyzed. The emphasis for management of different changes are summarized to prevent the quality accident and the waste by taking measures in advance,and ensure the quality of the final products,so as to meet the needs of customers.
