摘 要:为研究棉花秸秆草砖砌成的非承重墙体的耐火性能,根据目前常见的非承重墙体的厚度,选取尺寸为200 mm(高)×200 mm(厚)×400 mm(宽)的棉花秸秆草砖绑扎成墙250 mm(厚)×450 mm(宽)×625 mm(高)的墙体做为试验构件,根据《建筑构件耐火试验方法》(GB/T9978.8-2008)第8部分:非承重垂直分隔构件的特殊要求研究其在燃烧试验过程中墙体构件的耐火完整性和耐火隔热性。实验结果表明使用小尺寸高密度棉秸秆草砖制作的非承重墙有较好的耐火性能,耐火极限超过70 mins。A test was conducted in this paper to study the fire-resistance performance of cotton straw brick walls .Accord-ing to the common thickness of current non-load-bearing walls , the size of 200 mm × 400 mm × 200 mm cotton straw bricks were tied into 250 mm × 450 mm × 600 mm walls as the test elememts .According to Fire-resistance Tests-Ele-ments of Builing Construction-Part 8:Specific Requirements for Non-loadbearing Partition Elements (GB/T9978 .8 -2008 ) ,the fire-resistance integrity and insulation of the wall during the combustion test were studied .The test results in-dicate that the non-loadbearing wall built with small sized high density cotton straw bricks has a good fire-resistance per-formance ,and the duration of fire-resistance is more than 70 mins .
