对阴、阳离子选择性识别的钳型菲啰啉荧光探针

摘　　要：2,9-二甲基-1,10-邻菲啰啉与2,4-二羟基苯甲醛在乙酸酐中缩合反应得到2,9-(E,'E)-双(2',4'-二(乙酰氧基)苯乙烯基)-1,10-菲啰啉(探针a);再将其进一步水解得到2,9-(E,'E)-双(2',4'-二(羟基)苯乙烯基)-1,10-菲啰啉(探针b)。探针经1H NMR、13C NMR、IR、MS表征,为钳型对称大共轭结构,发光性能良好。探针a、b均对Cu2+、Ag+有荧光猝灭作用;探针b由于分子中含有羟基结构而选择性识别阴离子F-、Ac O-,为一种双功能离子探针。光谱滴定测出探针a、b与金属离子的作用比为2∶1;探针b与阴离子的作用比为1∶1,作用稳定常数均达104L·mol-1。作为检测特定离子的荧光探针具有良好的分析参数。2,9- （ E,＇ E ） -bis （ 2＇, 4＇-bis （ acetyloxy ） styryl ） -1,10-phenanthroline （ probe a ） was synthesized by condensation reaction in acetic anhydride from 2,9-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline and 2,4-dihydroxybenzalde- hyde, then hydrolyzed to yield 2,9-（ E, ＇E ） -bis （ 2＇, 4＇-bis （ hydroxy ） styryl ） -1, 10-phenanthroline （ probe b ）. The molecular structure of large conjugated were characterized by ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, IR and MS. Excellent luminescent properties of probes a and b show that fluorescence quenching effect for Cu^2＋ and Ag^＋. Probe b with a dual-function ion recognition performance exhibited for F^- and AcO^- anions. The complexes stability constants were evaluated using spectral titration. The complexation of probes and metal ions with 2：1 molar ratio and probe b and anions with 1：1 molar ratio revealed by the fluorescence titrations. The association constant for metals were estimated to be 104 L · mol^-1. The fluorescent probes have good analysis parameters to test for the specific ions.
