摘 要:为了促进高校实验教师队伍的建设,从"人才招聘、入职培训、文化建设、过程管理"四个方面开展了探索实践,在实践中总结出了高校实验教师队伍精细化管理的流程图,主要包括高校实验教师的精细化招聘、高校实验教师的精细化入职教育、高校实验室文化的精细化建设以及高校实验教师队伍的精细化管理四大环节。并对流程图中的每一环节所涉及到的学校、学院和实验中心所应承担的责任进行了多次完善,开发了实验教师九环招聘法、十环新实验教师入职培训体系、四环实验室文化建设体系以及五环实验教师队伍的精细化管理体系。实践结果表明:按照高校实验教师队伍精细化管理的流程图实施精细化管理,能有效提升高校实验教师队伍水平与工作实效。In order to promote the construction of the experiment teachers in colleges and universities,the exploration and practice were carried out from four aspects-personnel recruitment,orientation training,cultural construction and process management.The paper summed up the flowchart of the meticulous management of the experiment teachers in colleges and universities in practice,it mainly includes four links as the meticulous recruitment of the experiment teachers in colleges and universities,the meticulous inductive education of the experiment teachers in colleges and universities,the meticulous construction of laboratory culture in colleges and universities and the meticulous management of the experiment teachers in colleges and universities.Furthermore,the responsibilities of the university,the college and the experiment center involved in each link of the flowchart were carried out perfection.And the authors developed the nine rings recruitment method for experiment teachers,the ten rings orientation training system for new experiment teachers,the four rings laboratory culture construction system and the five rings meticulous management system for the experiment teachers.The results of practice showed that the implementation of meticulous management in accordance with the flowchart of the meticulous management of the experiment teachers in colleges and universities can effectively improve the level of the experiment teachers and increase working efficiency.
