摘　　要：埋线疗法作为一种长效刺激模式,可提高临床治疗的效果,减少治疗痛苦,因此临床上广泛应用。该文阐述了埋线疗法的理论基础,以及在呼吸系统疾病包括支气管哮喘、慢性支气管炎、慢性阻塞性肺病和变应性鼻炎、慢性咽炎等疾病中的应用,初步总结了其作用机制,以期进一步指导穴位埋线在呼吸系统疾病中的临床应用及研究。Catgut embedding therapy as a long-term stimulation mode can improve the clinical therapeutic effect and reduce treatment-induced pain, and therefore it is widely applied clinically. This article expounds the theoretical basis of catgut embedding therapy and its application to respiratory system diseases including bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, allergic rhinitis and chronic pharyngitis and preliminarily summarizes the mechanism of its action to further guide the clinical application of catgut embedding therapy to respiratory system diseases and its research.
