摘  要:借助OM、SEM和EDS分析研究了淬火后不同回火温度对低合金耐磨铸钢力学及摩擦磨损性能的影响.试验结果表明,890℃淬火后500~650℃回火,随着回火温度的增加,试样硬度、抗拉强度逐渐减小,伸长率逐渐增加,560 ~620℃回火试样具有较优的综合力学性能.560 ~620℃回火试样在MMS-2A摩擦磨损试验机分别加载100 N和200 N进行干摩擦磨损试验,随着回火温度增加,试样的磨损体积和磨损率都增加,加载200 N磨损体积及磨损率大于加载100 N;试样磨损主要以氧化磨损、粘着磨损为主,同时伴有少量的磨粒磨损及微观切削.The effect of different annealing temperatures on the mechanical and friction and wear properties of low alloy wearresistant cast steel after quenching was investigated using Optical Microseope (OM), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS). Experimental results indicated that after quenching at 890 ℃ and tempering at 500 N 650℃, with tempering temperature increasing, the hardness and tensile strength of sample decreased while elongation increased, specimens tempered at 560 - 620 ℃ showed optimum mechanical properties. The dry friction and wear testing for 560 -620℃ tempered specimens was performed in the MMS-2A Friction and Wear Tester, loading in 100 N and 200 N respectively, with the increase of tempering temperature, the wear volume and wear rate increased. Moreover, loading in 200 N had a higher wear volume and wear rate. The wear mainly included oxidation wear and adhesive wear, also a small amount of abrasive wear and micro machining.
