热轧软质镀锡原板的开发及质量改进

摘　　要：牌号MR T-1.5CA IF是镀锡板中最软的产品之一,对前工序热轧原板的各项质量要求均高于普通冷轧成型用钢。对热轧镀锡原板MR T-1.5CA IF开发过程中存在的温度、表面、孔洞、宽度、凸度等质量问题进行了分析,并结合产线特点和生产实际,从优化终轧温度、控制氧化铁皮、消除孔洞缺陷、控制宽度拉窄、提高凸度精度等方面采取了有效措施,保证了软质镀锡原板MR T-1.5CA IF的产品质量,实现了稳定生产。MR T-1.5CA IF was one of the softest tinplate products, its quality requirements in front process was higher than that of normal cold forming plate. The quality question of temperature, surface, pinholes, width and profile during MR T-1.5CA IF development was analyzed. Combining with the production line feature and quality condition, some effective measures of optimizing finishing temperature, controlling iron scale, eliminating pinholes, controlling width defect and raising profile hit rate were developed, to improve the quality of tinplate MR T- 1.5 CA IF and realize the stable production.
