未病调体,既病辨治——崇氏督灸体系治疗强直性脊柱炎体会

摘　　要：强直性脊柱炎是一种慢性、迁延性发展的疾病,存在家族聚集倾向,疾病稳定期与进展期交替存在,因此,针对本病特点崇氏督灸体系对进展期患者辨证给予督灸、针刺,配合饮食和功能锻炼的治疗;稳定期、疑似等未病者辨体质,通过多种措施调整偏颇体质,降低发病率及复发率,临床上取得很好的疗效。Ankylosing spondylitis is a kind of chronic, persistent developed disease. There is a familial aggregation tendency. The stability and progress periods alternatively exist. Therefore,in view of the characteristics of the disease, Chong＇s Du -moxi- bustion system treats patients in progress period with Du -moxibustion, acupuncture, diet and exercise. In stable stage, physique differentiation is used to reduce the incidence and recurrence rate, achieving a good clinical efficacy.
