摘　　要：近年来,针灸治疗神经系统疾病的应用逐渐被推广并得到世界各地认可,其疗效也被各界人士认同,在治疗腓神经麻痹上也相得益彰。文章介绍了王晓红教授治疗腓神经麻痹的临证经验,她认为本病与肺、脾胃、肝、肾等脏腑有关,为"本虚标实"之证,临证采取循经取穴与局部取穴原则,起到"疏经通络,益气活血"的作用,在改善肌力和感觉方面具有显著疗效,对神经损伤的恢复具有促进作用。中药、康复、超声波、TDP等为腓神经麻痹的治疗提供越来越多的选择。In recent years,the application of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of nervous system disease is promoting gradually and gets the recognition from all over the world, and its curative effect is also recognized by the people from all walks of life, and also brings out the best in each other on the treatment of peroneal nerve paralysis. This paper introduces the experience of professor WANG in the treatment of peroneal nerve paralysis. She thinks the disease with lung, spleen and stomach, liver, kidney and other related Zang - fu organs, as the proof of the root deficiency and branch excess. Acupoints according to meridians and lo- cal regions have significant effect in improving the strength and feeling and have a promoting effect on the recovery of nerve inju- ry. Traditional Chinese medicine and rehabilitation, ultrasonic and TDP for treatment of peroneal nerve palsy provide more and more choice.
