针灸推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察针炙推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症(lumdar intervertebral disc protrusion,LIDP)的临床疗效。方法:选择在2009年1月—2013年9月期间本院收治的142例LIDP患者,随机分为对照组70例,给予西医常规治疗,观察组72例,给予针灸推拿治疗。通过对两组患者症状改善情况进行评分,进而比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组与对照组优良率分别为94.4%和86.9%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后比较,下腰痛、腿酸或麻木、直腿抬高试验、举物和持物、卧位转身、感觉障碍、ADL、站立试验、长久坐(1 h)、洗漱能力在统计学上具有显著性意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗前后比较,下腰痛、腿酸或麻木、直腿抬高试验、步行能力、举物和持物、身体前倾试验、卧位转身、运动障碍、感觉障碍、ADL、站立试验、长久坐(1 h)、洗漱能力、膀胱功能在统计学上具有显著性意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,下腰痛、腿酸或麻木、步行能力、举物和持物、身体前倾试验、卧位转身、运动障碍、感觉障碍、ADL、站立试验、长久坐(1 h)、洗漱能力、膀胱功能在统计学上具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:针炙推拿治疗LIDP,可以更有效地改善临床症状,提高疗效,值得在临床上推广。Abstract：Objective：To analyze the effect of manipulation and needling to treat lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Meth- ods ：We analyzed 142 cases that had LIDP .from January 2009 to September 2013. The 142 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups ：70 cases given Western medicine conventional therapy in experimental group and 72 cases in the control group given ma- nipulation and needling. We compared the total effective rate. Results ：The total effectives were 94.4% and 86.9% （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. The low back pain, leg acid or numb, straight legs raising test, movement disorders, obstacle, ADL, stand test, long sit （ 1 h）, wash gargle ability, bladder function were significant after treatment in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The low back pain, leg acid or numb, walking ability, body forward test, movement disorders, obstacle, ADL, stand test,long sit （ 1 h）, wash gargle ability , bladder func- tion in experiment group were significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The low back pain, leg acid or numb, straight legs raising test, walking abili- ty, body forward test, movement disorders, feeling obstacle, ADL, stand test,long sit （ 1 h） , wash gargle ability and bladder func-tion in experiment group were significant when compared with those in control group （P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion：There was significant curative effect of manipulation and needling in treating LIDH.
