逍遥散对肝郁证大鼠治疗作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察逍遥散对肝郁证大鼠行为学、血浆促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)水平的影响。方法:SD大鼠80只,雌雄各半。按RAND函数法分为正常组、模型组、逍遥散低剂量组、逍遥散中剂量组、逍遥散高剂量组,每组各16只。除正常组外,各组接受21 d不可预知的慢性应激刺激,在造模的同时给药。各组动物末次造模结束后,采用旷场试验进行行为学评分。采用酶联免疫法测定血浆促肾上腺皮质激素含量。结果:各组大鼠对1%蔗糖水摄取量的变化:在实验的第14天、第21天,模型组、逍遥散低剂量组大鼠摄取量明显少于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组相比,逍遥散中、高剂量组大鼠摄取量明显增多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但仍低于正常组。各组大鼠血浆促肾上腺皮质激素含量的变化:模型组、逍遥散低剂量组大鼠血浆ACTH水平升高,逍遥散中、高剂量组可使血浆ACTH的升高部分恢复。结论:逍遥散对肝郁证大鼠有明显的治疗作用。Objective：To investigate the effects of the behavior and plasma adrenocorticotropic hormone （ACTH） levels by Xi- aoyao Powder on liver depression syndrome rats. Methods：80 SD rats, male and female by half, by the RAND function method were divided into normal group, model group, free and unfettered scattered low dose group, high dose group, free and unfettered Xiaoyao Powder dosage groups, 16 in each group. In addition to the normal group, each group received unpredictable chronic stress stimulation in 21 days, at the same time in the mold maker. After the building groups of animals at the end of the time, the behavior score kuang field testing was used. The enzyme - linked immunoassay was used for the determination of plasma adreno- corticotropic hormone levels. Results：The variation of 1% sucrose water intake：14 days and 21 days of the experiment, the model group and the free and unfettered scattered intake low dose groups were obviously less than the normal group with significant differences （P 〈 0. 05）. The free and unfettered scattered intake high dose group was obviously increased, but was still lower than normal group. The rats plasma adrenocorticotropic hormone content change： the model group and the free and unfettered scattered low - dose group rats had elevated levels of plasma ACTH. The medium and high dose group can make the plasma ACTH increase partly. Conclusion：Xiaovao Powder has obvious therapeutic effect on liver depression syndrome rats.
