摘　　要：目的:归纳总结近十几年关于拔罐疗法作用机理研究的相关文献及报道,进一步探析拔罐疗法的作用机理。方法:检索分析拔罐疗法作用机理的相关文献及报道。结果:目前,医家及科研工作者大多关注拔罐的临床应用研究,机理研究方面虽取得了一些进展,但普遍认同、推广相对不足,关于拔罐作用机理多集中在其对免疫、代谢等方面的影响,并未系统的阐明其作用机制。结论:进一步全面地探索挖掘拔罐作用的机理,不仅对拔罐疗法的传承和发扬有着重要的意义,而且对其指导临床治疗,提高临床应用水平更是不可或缺的。Objective ：To summarize the related documents and reports in nearly a dozen years on the mechanism study of cup- ping therapy and further to explore the mechanism of cupping therapy. Methods ： We retrieved and analyzed the relaied documents and reports in nearly a dozen years on the mechanism study of cupping therapy. Results ： To date, most physicians and researchers focus on cupping therapy clinical application research, although some progress has been made, general approvals and promotions are relatively insufficiency. More studies focused on its effects on immunity, metabolism, etc, and did not clarify its mechanism of action of the system. Conclusion：Further and comprehensively exploring the mechanism of cupping therapy is not only significant on its inheritance and development, but also indispensable to guide the clinical treatment and raise the level of clinical applica- tion.
