摘　　要：压煮器是拜尔法生产氧化铝的主要设备。根据压煮器的结构特点和技术原理,针对性地对设备在制造过程中的关键工序进行有效控制,使设备制造后满足正常使用要求。The insulation autoclave is the main equipment of alumina production by Bayer Process.According to the structure features and technical principle of the insulation autoclave,the article targeted to the key working procedure in the process of the equipment manufacturing and carried off effective control,and meet the requirements of normal use after the equipment was finished,.In addition the article provided reference value for similar equipment manufacture.
