摘  要:针对鄂尔多斯盆地超低渗气藏开发井地层古老、砂砾岩及石英砂岩可钻性差、研磨性强、夹层多、非均质性强、有效应力高、井斜、井漏、井壁失稳、井喷、卡钻、跳钻等地层特性与井下复杂情况,从地质和工程2个因素分析了钻井过程中面临的技术难点,提出了优化钻具组合、优选钻头类型、优选钻井液、优化气层保护完井液、钻具失效预防等技术对策与措施。现场应用结果表明,有效地解决了鄂尔多斯盆地山西组开发井的钻井难题,使该井实际钻井周期缩短30%,机械钻速提高10%,为鄂尔多斯盆地超低渗气藏开发井的有效钻进和储层保护提供了技术参考。In line with formation characteristics and downhole complicated conditions like old age of formations in development wells for ultra-low permeability gas pools in Ordos, poor drill ability of sandy conglomerate and quartz sandstone, strong abrasion, too many interbeds, high heterogeneity, high effective stress, hole deviation, lost circulation, unstable wellbore, blowout, stuck pipe, bit bouncing, etc., analysis of technical dififculties during drilling was conducted in terms of geology and engineering, and technical coun-termeasures and measures were proposed regarding optimized BHA, optimized bit types, optimized drilling lfuid, optimized completion lfuid for gas reservoir protection and prevention of drill string failure. The ifeld application shows that these measures have effectively solved the drilling dififculties in development well of Shanxi well group in Ordos Basin, and the drilling cycle of this well was reduced by 30%and drilling rate up by 10%, providing technical reference for effective drilling of ultra-low permeability gas pool by development wells and reservoir protection in Ordos Basin.
