摘 要:设计并建造了一套由制冷系统、空气处理系统、恒温冷热水系统、数据采集和电器控制于一体的6工位家用电动洗衣机性能检测环境实验室。制冷系统采用变频压缩机风冷机组,并结合利用电磁阀使得蒸发压力可调、过热度可调,使系统较定频机组节能约7%;恒温冷热水系统采用独立自循环的方式以满足不同测试温度要求,减少了在洗衣机测试过程中水温波动的影响。同时,PLC及PID联合使用,稳定控制实验室环境温湿度与制冷系统良好匹配、精确调节恒温水系统温度与压力。测试证明,该实验室实现了较传统性能测试实验室节能高效、水温波动小、测试精度高的目标。A performance test room was designed for clothes washing machines for household use. It has six working positions and consists of refrigeration system,air handling system,constant temperature of hot or cold water system,data acquisition system,electrical control system. The refrigeration system adopts a variable speed compressor air-cooled unit whose evaporation pressure and superheat are adjustable and controlled by electromagnetic valve. The efficiency improves about 7% by comparing to fixed-frequency unit. The constant temperature( hot or cold) water can meet different test temperatures as washing machines required,and reduce the impact of water temperature fluctuation during the washing machines test. In addition,it can well meet the requirements that the refrigeration system matches well the laboratory environment temperature and humidity,and the thermostat temperature and pressure of water can accurately adjusts. These functions are realized by using PLC and PID. Tests show that the system achieves goals of energy efficiency,small fluctuations in water temperature,and high precision test comparing with the traditional performance testing laboratory.
