摘  要:目的:阐明2013-2016周期国际艺术体操评分规则(简称新周期规则)对个人项目技术发展态势的影响。方法:通过比较研究的方法,解析新周期规则个人项目的主要变化;运用录像分析和数据统计等方法,分析2013年全国艺术体操冠军赛成年组个人全能前八名(简称2013艺体赛)运动员四项器械成套动作的资料。结果:新周期规则在评价体系方面做了更加客观和合理的调整。2013艺体赛的运动员,还未能完全适应新周期规则带来的变化,主要表现在器械熟练性加分的创新性,身体难度选编的多样性,完成质量和成套编排的差异性等方面存在不足。结论:新周期规则以更加全面的视角,不断优化评分体系,使艺术体操项目已越来越凸显出难、美、新的独特魅力。研究为提高我国艺术体操个人项目的成套编排和技术训练提供了一定的依据。Objective:To clarify the influence of 2013--2016 period international code of points (new period code) to the technical development in the individual exercises of the rhythmic gymnastics. Method: Analyzing the main change of new period code in individual exercises by comparative study, and then analyzing the date of the top 8 athletes' entire exercise of four instruments in the championship senior group of individual all--round in 2013 national rhythmic gymnastics (2013 gymnastics) by the video analysis and data statistics. Result: New period code has a more objective and reasonable adjustment in the evaluation system. The athletes of the 2013 gymnastics had failed to fully adapt to the change of the new period code mainly reflected that the innovation of the apparatus mastery (bonus point), the lay- our's diversity of body difficulty selection, the otherness of technical execution and complete sets of choreography and deficiency. Conclusion: The new period code, by a more comprehensive perspective, makes the rhythmic gymnastics showing more and more difficult, beautiful and new by means of optimizing the scoring system continually. This study provides a basis for improving the rhythmic gymnastics in the individual exercises complete of the sets of choreography and technical training in China.
