摘　　要：目的观察康爱保生制剂与扶正抗毒制剂在对HIV/AIDS患者的治疗中常见症状出现频次的差异性。方法选择100例坚持服用康爱保生制剂1年以上的HIV/AIDS患者,以及100例坚持服用扶正抗毒制剂1年以上的HIV/AIDS患者,观察其第1次访视和第12次访视时各常见症状出现的人次。结果在接受中医药治疗的HIV/AIDS患者中,服用康爱保生制剂及扶正抗毒制剂的患者在症状排序及治疗前后症状变化对比上均具有一定的差异性。结论长期服用不同治法中药的患者,其症状体征方面会出现一定差异,有待于进一步深入研究。Objective：To observe the common symptom frequency differences of HIV/AIDS patients under the treatment of Kang- baosheng Preparation and Fuzheng Kangdu Preparation. blethods：100 patients who kept on taking Kangbaosheng Preparation for more than one year and 100 who kept on taking Fuzheng Kangdu Preparation for more than one year were chosen to observe their common symptoms in the 1 st and 12th visit. Results：In the interview with HIV/AIDS patients with traditional Chinese medicine treatment, there were some differences between the patients taking Kangbaosheng Preparation and the patients taking Fuzheng Kangdu Preparation before and after the treatment. Conclusion：The patients who take different TCM drugs for long will have some differences in their symptoms and signs, which need further studying.
