摘　　要：目的:调查门诊病人合理用药现状,分析其影响因素,为制定合理用药干预措施提供依据。方法:采用系统抽样的方法对深圳市中医院部分门诊病人进行问卷调查,建立处方信息数据库,应用SPSS 16.0软件统计分析合理用药的影响因素。结果:影响门诊病人正确用药知晓率的主要因素有病人的文化程度、就诊时间和药品调配时间。影响处方合理性的主要因素有医师和药师的职称、药师年龄、医师和药师是否参加过合理用药培训。结论:对门诊病人,尤其是低学历人群,应加强药学服务,提高病人正确用药知晓率。规范医务人员的在职继续教育,对低年资、低职称的医师和药师开展专业培训,从而提高合理用药水平。Objective：To investigate the current situation of rational use of drugs and analyze related influential factors in outpatients, so as to provide reference for the development of intervention measures. Methods： A systematic sampling question- naire was conducted in some outpatients in Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, and a prescription database was thus established. Then,influential factors concerning rational use of drugs were assessed and analyzed by using SPSS 16.0 soft- ware. Results： Main influential factors affecting the rate of knowledge on the correct use of drugs were：educational backgrounds of the patients, the time of clinical visits and the time of dispensation. Main influential factors associated with rationality of de- scriptions were：professional titles of physicians and pharmacists, the age of pharmacists and the training of physicians and phar- macists on rational use of drugs. Conclusion, Efforts should be made on better pharmaceutical care to outpatients, especially to the patient population with low educational level, and the knowledge regarding the correct use of drugs on the part of patients should also be improved. Continuous on-job education for medical professionals should be standardized, and specialized training be conducted for professionals with low qualification levels or low technical titles,so as to improve rational use of drugs.
