摘　　要：目的:探讨肾移植术后肺部感染病人的治疗方案和药学服务内容。方法:通过分析一例肾移植术后肺部感染病人的治疗,从抗菌药物的选择、糖皮质激素的应用、营养支持和对症治疗等方面优化治疗方案,以关注药物相互作用、不良反应和减少药物对移植肾的损害作为监护要点,保证病人用药安全、有效。结果:病人肺部感染得到控制,病情好转。结论:药学服务是临床治疗中重要的组成部分,是临床药师参与临床药物治疗的切入点。Objective： To discuss the therapeutic protocol and pharmaceutical care of a renal transplantion recipient with pulmonary infection. Methods： Through analyzing the therapy of a renal transplantation patient with pulmonary infection, the treatment protocol was optimized by means of antimierobial selection, glueocorticoid application, nutritional support and symp- tomatic treatment. Drug interactions, adverse drug reactions, reduction of drug damage to the kidney were used as key monitoring points to ensure safe and effective medication. Results： Pulmonary infection was controlled and patient＇s condition was improved. Conclusion： Pharmaceutical care is not only an important component of clinical treatment, but also an entry point for pharmacists to be involved in clinical drug treatment.
