摘　　要：针对目前我国公共水利管理体制的发展现状,从公共管理体制和水利管理体制的内涵和相关理论出发,对目前我国水利管理体制与社会现实存在的脱节现象、在观念上受传统因素的制约、水利管理体制调整的不及时和绩效底下等方面的问题进行剖析研究,并提出了相应的改进策略。For the current development status of public water management system ,from the connotation of the public administration system and water management systems and related theory ,the phenomenon of the current disjointed system of water management and social reality exists ,in concept restricted by traditional factors ,the water management adjusted timely and performance not efficiency are analyzed and researched ,it provides corresponding improvement strategies.
