白及多糖的提取与分析

摘　　要：目的探讨白及多糖的分离纯化、结构,研究理化性质。方法对白及多糖进行提取和分离纯化,对BR4进行纯度鉴定、相对分子质量测定,进行理化性质、单糖组分和红外光谱分析。结果白及多糖BR4是一种白色系纤维状物质,为中性,含有H元素和C元素,单一组分,相对分子质量为99 658;含葡萄糖和甘露糖2种单糖,其相对含量为3∶4.8,红外光谱分析存在吡喃型糖基和甘露糖基。结论通过对白及多糖的药物结构分析,使其医学和临床应用能有更好的前景。Objective To research the isolation and purification of polysaccharide from Bletilla striata,its structure and physicochemical properties. Methods The Bletilla striata polysaccharide（BR4）was extracted and purified,its purity was identified,the relative molecular mass was determined,and then the analysis of the physicochemical properties,monosaccharide components and infrared spectroscopy were conducted. Results BR4 is a kind of white fibrillar substance,neutral in character,containing H and C elements,single component,the relative molecular weight of 99 658,containing the 2 kinds of monosaccharide of glucose and mannose,their relative contents were 3：4. 8, the infrared spectroscopic analysis showed the existence of pyran glycosyl and mannose glycosyl. Conclusion Through the analysis of the medicine structure of BR4,its medical and clinical application can have better prospects.
