2011年至2012年成都地区医院神经系统药应用分析

摘　　要：目的了解成都地区医院神经系统药的应用情况,为临床用药提供参考。方法采用限定日剂量(DDD)方法,对成都地区18家医院2011年至2012年神经系统用药的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计、分析。结果 2012年神经系统药销售金额达56 055.86万元,较2011年的48 512.31万元有增加。主要包括新一代抗精神失常药、解热镇痛药、麻醉药、中枢神经兴奋药等。结论神经系统药在临床治疗中发挥着越来越重要的作用,成都地区医院所应用神经系统药结合了患者的疾病及经济条件,充分体现了用药的合理性。Objective To understand the application situation of nervous system drugs in the hospitals of Chengdu area to provide refer- ence for clinical medication. Methods The defined daily dose（DDD） method was adopted to perform the statistical analysis on the consumption sum and DDDs in the nervous system drugs use in 18 hospitals of Chengdu area from 2011 to 2012. Results The total consumption sum of the nervous system drugs during 2012 was 56 055.86 million Yuan, which was increased compared with 48 512. 31 million Yuan during 2011 ,mainly including new generation of antipsychataxia drugs,antipyretic and analgesic,anesthetics,cen- tral nervous stimulants and so on. Conclusion The nervous system drugs play more and more important role in clinical treatment. The application of nervous system drugs in the hospitals of Chengdu area is combined with the patients＇ diseases and economic condition, which fully embodies the rationality of drug use.
