综合医院门急诊患者抗菌药物应用调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查分析门急诊患者抗菌药物应用情况,促进合理用药。方法回顾性调查研究2012年每天门急诊使用抗菌药物的处方,随机抽取25%,共19 108张。结果门诊抗菌药物处方占11.50%,急诊患者抗菌药物处方占31.74%,均符合规定;用药不合理处方2 077张,占抗菌药物处方点评总数的10.87%;无指征应用抗菌药物占不合理处方数的53.30%,超药品说明书用量或用药频次应用抗菌药物占不合理处方数的19.79%,抗菌药物遴选不合理占不合理处方数的11.17%。结论抗菌药物临床合理应用任重而道远,有关职能部门需进一步加大对临床医师使用抗菌药物的指导、督查力度。Objective To investigate and analyze the application situation of antibacterial drugs in the emergency patients and outpatients for promoting rational drug use. Methods The daily prescriptions in the emergency and outpatient departments in 2012 were performed the retrospective investigation research,25% of prescriptions were randomly extracted,which totaled 19 108 pieces of prescrip-tions. Results The ratio of antibacterial drug prescriptions in the outpatient department was 11. 50%,which in the emergency patients was 31. 74%,both conformed to the stipulation;there were 2 077 pieces of prescription showing the irrational use of antibacterial drugs, accounting for 10. 87% of the total commented bacterial drug prescriptions;the prescriptions using antibacterial drugs without indications accounted for 53. 30% of the irrational prescription number,which using the antibacterial drugs exceeding the dosage or use frequency of drug instruction accounted for 19. 79% of irrational prescription number,and which irrationally selecting antibacterial drugs accounted for 11. 17% of irrational prescription number. Conclusion Clinical rational use of antibacterial drugs shoulders the heavy responsibili-ties and has a long way to go. It is necessary for the related functional departments to further strengthen the guidance and supervision intensity on clinical doctors using antibacterial drugs.
