摘　　要：《修事指南》是我国第三部炮炙专著,由清代张叡编撰。全书共1卷,分3部分。第一部分为炮炙论上,总论炮制的重要性和方法;第二部分为炮炙论下,总论各种炮制方法的作用;第三部分分论232种药物的炮制。该书主要内容参考了《本草纲目》中药物炮制的部分,药物选择以源自《神农本草经》和《名医别录》为主;炮制方法以雷和李时珍的记载方法为主;药物编写排序按照临床用药习惯。《修事指南》虽具有很强的适用性,但学术价值不高,不能作为清代炮制的代表作。Guide on Preparation of Drugs is the third drug processing monograph. It was complied by Zhang Rui in Qing dynasty. The entire book has 1 volume and 3 parts. The first part is the upper part of the processing theory and the general discussion on the im-portance and methods of processing;the second part is the general discussion on the action of various processing methods;the third part is the sub-pandect of processing of 232 kinds of drug. The main contents of this book refer to the drug processing part in Compendi-um of Materia Medica,the drug selection is mainly originated from Shennong＆#39; s Classic of Meteria Medica and Supplementary Records of Famous Physicians;the processing methods are mainly methods recorded by Lei Xiao and Li Shizhen;the compiling and sorting of drugs are according to the clinical drug use habit. Guide on Preparation of Drugs has very strong applicability,but the academic value is not high,and is unable to serve as a representative book of the processing in Qing dynasty.
