摘 要:针对采用防火板及防火岩棉进行防火保护的钢桁架-压型钢板-混凝土组合楼盖进行耐火性能试验,试验中考虑开孔的影响。组合楼盖的桁架梁在整体结构中起梁的作用,因此组合楼盖的耐火极限要按不低于国家标准有关梁的耐火极限要求进行设计。研究表明,这两种防火保护方法均可使此类组合楼盖的耐火极限不低于2.00h,组合楼盖内部由下至上具有明显的温度梯度分布现象。在组合楼盖的防火保护层上开设灯罩等孔洞时,应做好孔洞处的防火保护。A composite floor system is made of steel trusses, corrugated steel sheet and concrete slab. Two fire tests were carried out to study the fire resistance performance of this com- posite floor system protected with fire boards and rock wool with the consideration of hole in the system. The trusses per- formed as beams in the composite floor and therefore they are assigned to have a fire resistance rating as the same as the rating of beams. The test results showed that the protected floors could have fire resistance ratings more than 2.00 h. Tempera- ture gradient was observed vertically in the cavity. Ceiling lay- ers were pre-cut for installation of lighting devices, and the pre- cut openings on the ceiling layers should be protected appropri- ately.
