摘　　要：从"三元悖论"理论提出的背景出发,依次选取与之相关的变量:外汇占款、汇率、货币供应量作为资本流动、汇率制度、货币政策考量工具,具体分析每一项的发展现状和存在的问题,并在我国经济处于调整升级时期的背景下,对如何提高货币政策的有效性提出相关建议。From the background of ＂The Impossible Trinity＂ theory, this paper selects the related variables in or- der： the money supply, exchange rate, foreign exchange as elements of implementation cases of monetary policy and analyzes the development status and existing problems of each and＂ makes recommendations to improve the ef- fectiveness of monetary policy in the adjustment period of China.
