摘　　要：人的社会关系继血缘、地缘和业缘关系之后,通过学校、各类培训活动、学术会议及其他方式建立在同学、校友、师生及学校同事基础上的学缘关系,已成为人际关系中具有多重社会价值的第四种关系。学缘关系的特性主要表现在人的永恒性关系、混合性关系、初级群体和次级群体等几个方面;学缘关系对社会关系的形成有重要作用,对个人的发展及社会的进展也都可以起到一定的促进作用。Scholastic intercourse relationship is a social relationship which comes after the blood relationship,region relationship and work relationship.It is the fourth valuable social relationship formed between classmates,alumni,teachers and students,and colleagues during school education,all kinds of training activities and academic meetings.Scholastic intercourse relationship is mainly characterized by people＇s eternal relationship,mixed relationship,elementary and secondary group.It plays a very important role in forming people＇s social relationship,which includes both positive and negative functions.
