摘  要:正确使用立式光学计测量轴类零件素线直线度,是高职院校机械类专业教学中一个重要的实验项目,对提高学生计量方面的实际能力具有重要的作用。结合实际教学情况,总结学生在实验过程中出现的问题,详细分析了实验过程及数据处理等环节出现的误差较大甚至结论相反的原因,提出了应对策略,提高了学生的工程实践能力。实践证明,取得了较好的教学效果。Vertical optical meter for measuring the straightness of shaft parts is an important experimental project of mechanical specialty teaching in vocational colleges. It plays an important role in improving student~ ability of application engineering capability in the aspect of metrology. Combining with the actual teaching situation, it summarizes the existing problems in the process of students experimenting, analyzes the causes of appearing lar- ger errors or even contrary conclusions in detail for the experimental process and data processing etc. , puts for- ward the countermeasures in order to teaching furthest students and practicing engineering exercise ability of students. The practice proves that the teaching obtains good effect.
