摘　　要：近期"延迟退休"的话题备受关注,但人们却忽视了比较突出的"提前退休"问题。"提前退休"如何界定?"提前退休"的现状如何?"提前退休"对养老保险制度有什么影响?本文对此进行了讨论,并提出了抑制"提前退休"的政策建议。Much attention has been attached to postponing retirement recently instead of the more prominent issue-early retirement. Then how to define ＂early retirement＂ ？ What is the current status of those who retired before mandatory age for retirement,9 What is the impact of ＂early retirement＂ on the endowment insurance system？ This paper discusses the issues mentioned above and offers a policy suggestion about restraining ＂early retirement＂.
