鲁甸地震救援中伤病员疾病谱分析

摘　　要：目的探讨云南鲁甸地震伤病员的疾病特点及规律。方法对武警云南总队医院医疗队诊治的1560名地震灾区的伤病员资料进行回顾性分析。结果损伤性疾病占37.18%,呼吸系统疾病占20.51%,消化系统疾病占16.67%,肌肉骨骼结缔组织病占12.18%,皮肤病和皮下组织疾病占5.77%,昆虫叮咬伤占2.4%,动物咬伤占0.45%。结论地震灾区疾病谱呈多元性,地震后疾病谱以损伤为主,同时伴有因灾区多山、丛林密集等导致的疾病特点。Objective To explore the characteristics and rules of earthquake injury in the town of Longtou Mountain, Ludian, Yunnan province. Methods 1560 earthquake wounded patients diagnosed and treated by the medical team of Yunuan Provincial Corps Hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results Injury disease accounted for 37. 18% , respiratory system disease accounted for 20.51% , digestive system diseases for 16.67%, musculoskeletal and connective tissue disease for 12.18% , skin and subcutaneous tissue disease account for 5.77% , insect bites accounted for 2.4% and animal bites for 0.45%. Conclusion The spectrum of earth- quake disease is pluralism, injury is the primary damage after earthquake, and there are also diseases with local characteristics.
