运用损伤控制骨科理论救治严重多发伤合并骨折42例

摘　　要：通过分析应用损伤控制骨科(damage control orthopedics,DCO)理论救治42例严重多发伤合并骨折患者的临床治疗资料、治疗效果、转归和并发症。认为DCO治疗符合严重多发伤合并骨折患者的病理生理特点,能够提高患者的抢救成功率,降低伤残率,是治疗严重多发损合并骨折患者的有效方法。Through analyzing the clinical data of 42 cases of severe multiple injuries combined with fractures patients which ac- cepted the treatment of damage control orthopedics, the treatment effect, outcomes and complications, which drew the conclusions that DCO treatment was consistent with the pathological and physiological characteristics of severe multiple injuries combined with fractures patients, and can improve the success rate of treatment, reduce the disability rate. It was an effective method in treating severe muhiple injuries combined with fractures patients.
