依托咪酯脂肪乳剂在肥胖患者无痛人流术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察依托咪酯脂肪乳剂在肥胖患者无痛人流术中的应用。方法:选取行无痛人流手术的肥胖患者60例,随机分成A组(依托咪酯脂肪乳剂组)和B组(丙泊酚组)。分别记录两组患者MAP、HR、SpO2的变化,评定麻醉效果,观察患者发生呼吸抑制、静脉注射痛、肌颤、术后发生恶心呕吐的情况。结果:两组患者术中SpO2、MAP均下降,但B组下降较A组明显(P<0.05)。两组麻醉效果优良率均为100%,A组在呼吸抑制、静脉注射痛方面优于B组(P<0.05)。结论:依托咪酯脂肪乳剂麻醉效果满意,对呼吸、循环影响较小。Objective：To observe the application of emulsified Etomidate in painless abortion in obese patients.Methods：60obese patients with painless abortion were randomly divided into 2groups：emulsified Etomidate group（group A）,Propofol group（group B）.The change of MAP、HR、SpO2in two groups were recorded,the effect of anesthesia was evaluated.The conditions of respiratory depression,intravenous pain,muscle tremors and postoperative nausea and vomiting were observed.Results：The level of SpO2,MAP in both group decreased,and compared to group A,the decline of group B was bigger（P〈0.05）.The outstanding rate of anesthesia in two groups was100%.Compared to group B,respiratory depression,intravenous pain,muscle tremors and postoperative nausea and vomiting was better in group A（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The anesthesia effect of emulsified Etomidate is satisfactory and the affect on respiration and circulation is less.
