摘  要:建立ICP-AES法测定铍钴铜合金中主量元素铍、钴含量的方法。将试样用硝酸、盐酸溶解,在钇内标存在的情况下以等离子体光源激发,并分别选择分析谱线Be313.1nm,Co228.6nm进行光谱测定。铍、钴含量在0-5%范围内与光谱强度线性相关,铍、钴两元素线性相关系数分别为0.99918,0.99991;检出限分别为0.00012%,0.0011%;测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.25%-4.59%;回收率在96%-102%之间。该方法操作简单实用,可同时测定铍、钴两元素,测定结果准确可靠。A method for determination of Be and Co in Beryllium-Cobalt-Copper alloy by ICP-AES was established. The sample was dissolved with HNO3 and HCl. In the presence of yttrium internal standard, the content of Be, Co were determined at the analysis lines of Be 313.1 nm, Co 228.6 nm. The contents of Be and Co in the range of 0 to 5.00% had linear correlation with spectral intensity, the linear correlation coefficient of Be, Co was 0.999 18 and 0.999 91, respectively. The detection limits of Be and Co was 0.000 12% and 0.001 1%, respectively. The relative standard deviations of determination results were 0.25%~.59%, and the recoveries were 96.0%-102.0%. This method is simple and practical, and it is available to determin Be and Co at one time with the accurate and reliable result.
